Mac voices on Windows

Is there any way at all, or has anyone figured out how to get apple voices, such as fred or alex, on a windows box? Is there any way these can be ported over?

many of them are proprietary voices made by apple, and from all indication can not be ported over. I am not an expert on voiceover, but I do not think it is possible yet.
